It has been very easy not writing, lethargy and a general apathy to putting down my thoughts especially with Tunde still missing.
He was 25 on September 3 and I can only imagine where and how he ‘celebrated’ it. Most landmark birthdays are remembered with if not a party at least a special meal cooked by mothers who seem to remember births with accurate and sometimes (for the celebrant) annoying detail.
Tunde’s mum was deprived of cooking jollof rice for her first son by his abductors. They have thrown his family & friends into daily anguish, each day starts with them wondering if this will be the day when he walks home, if there’ll be more news that will lead to his rescue.
I keep praying with hope that it will be soon when cell phones are kept busy with the news of his return home. Please pray along!
