I realise from looking back that it has usually taken something of a cataclysmic nature (not always) to make me change direction. I was chatting with my husband a few minutes ago and he said to me…’Do not let a donkey have to talk to you before you realise’. We were talking about something I have ‘talked’ about but have not yet gotten round to ‘doing’.
I have in the past critisized the government about never taking action about a bad situation until something catastrophic occurs before they decide to turn things around e.g. a bad road is not repaired until an accident occurs . Now I find myself remembering things I did not do until I HAD to do it. Talk about a log in my eye…
In the last one year and some, I have learnt so much about who I am in Christ , my inheritance and the way God sees me and I have so wanted to share it with all my friends and even those who are not my friends. A lot of it have to do with things I thought I knew but when push came to shove, knowlege went flying out the door. I’ve thought of this blog and wondered which way to go and like a flourescent bulb slowly coming on, its dawned on me that this is one outlet for all I’m learning and want to share. I do not intend to shove anything down anyones throat but hopefully share with you what I have learnt and put to use with references. I believe God works with everyone in diverse ways and everybody has his /her timetable or track they are running on…but with Gods help I believe that lessons come from various sources and I hope this blog will be one such source.
I’m at the ‘thinking’ stage…but will start spilling out my lessons learnt or currently learning soon!

Discovered your blog quite late. Since then, I’ve been waiting to read more posts, only to discover that I am about three months late (again). In the words of JC, mesays: Very expectant reader, here. Can’t wait to read your lessons, of which I’m sure I’ll learn from as well.

God does work with us in diverse ways but the problem is that sometimes we expect him to work in the same way with everyone at the same pace and it doesn’t work that way
so we scream spiritually
