For some curious reason, I have thought of this blog more than once in the last 48hours. I have so much to do but me thinks maybe I’m supposed to put up a post.
Random happenings in my life;
-Exams over…the last being a 6hour paper. I didn’t believe I’d be able to sit through it but I guess I am more willing not to fail than to pamper sore buttocks.
- I’m without a Nanny. I asked my previously quite-reliable nanny to go after she did not turn up for work for a whole week without any explanation. I believe she took my soft mien to mean my bark was worse than my bite. Anyways, since then I have had another one who I let go this morning just after one week. My litmus test for nannies is – Undo my daughters braids and this one failed woefully. Undertook it in over 2 hours and did not complete it yet got up and told me she was leaving as it was quite late. It was not until the next morning that I realised she had done a pretty bad job leaving me with knots that had to be cut off….I should look for another test! 
- As a result of being nanny-less, I woke up quite early this morning and had breakfast, lunch and dinner ready before I left the house. As a result, I’ve had breakfast & lunch at work and saved myself plenty of cash. I really should keep this up!
- I’ve been so happy today and for no ‘identifiable’ reason…well I call it the joy of the Lord. Its bubbling within me and spilling over.
- My sisters blog left me with a smile on my face too. Do check her out! She’s a more consistent blogger than I am. Olaoluwatomi

Your nanny test is funny…I hope your daughter’s hair is safe from all the handling (or malhandling).
All the best with your exams. A 6 hour paper? Waoh!
